FAQ

I'd like a special theme for my sign. How will I know if you have it available?   
Please contact us before booking your sign order to confirm we carry a certain theme.  It's always a good idea to have an alternate or backup theme in mind, as most yard card companies can't provide every theme available. If you have a special theme in mind and we don't have available, we can order the theme for you from our vendors. It takes approximately 2 weeks to order special graphics, and you would incur half of the cost to purchase the theme graphics. 

When do you install and pickup signs? 
We install signs in the evenings generally between 8pm and 11pm and pickup is the following evening, unless additional days have been purchased.       

Do you take last minute orders?  
All orders placed within 2 days from the event date incur a $40 additional charge.  

Do you handle everything or is there anything I will need to do?  We handle the design, delivery, installation and pickup. You do not need to be present for the installation or pickup. We want you to be just as surprised as the recipient! Please don't touch or move any pieces of the sign.  Signs have been fastened in the back with special tape, and moving or taking the tape off could result in damage to our signs. Damage to graphics is $10/per graphic and it will be taken from the card you used when placing the order. If you need the sign picked up early, you will need to contact us. We do need you to start watering a few days before installation and we ask that you follow our recommendation for watering we send via email. Per the rental agreement, if we arrive and are unable to install the yard sign due to a dry yard, we will not proceed with installation. We provide you with a watering schedule after orders are placed and highly recommend you follow the schedule. If unable to install due to a dry yard, you will still be billed 50% of the sign order, to cover gas, mileage, and the employee hours it took to design and transport your sign. 

Do you install anywhere at the house (if a house installation)?  
Signs are only installed in the front yards of residences and anywhere there is grass at businesses.   
 
Can I mow or trim around the sign? 
Please do not mow and suspend all lawn mowing services during sign rental days. Lawn equipment and weed eaters potentially damage our signs.  

What if the weather is bad? 
If there is hazardous weather that prevents us from installing or picking up your sign rental (severe thunderstorms, high winds, or freezing precipitation) we will attempt to reschedule your delivery or pickup for another day. If unable to reschedule, we'll provide a full refund. If winds gusts are over 25 mph on installation night for a 3-level sign, we will install our 2 level sign and refund the difference in cost to you.
